ColorMeFam is an AI-powered service that transforms family photos into personalized coloring books. The service uses artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI to process images and generate coloring book content.

We offer both digital PDF downloads and printed physical coloring books that can be shipped to customers. We also use analytics tools (PostHog) to improve our service and understand user behavior.

OpenAI Integration: Our service uses OpenAI's artificial intelligence models for image processing and content generation. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your images may be processed by OpenAI's systems
• Generated content is subject to OpenAI's usage policies and terms of service
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• OpenAI's terms of service apply to the AI processing portion of our service

Image Processing and Storage: When you upload images to our service:

• Images are stored securely in your account for thumbnail generation and preview comparisons
• Original uploaded images are retained until you choose to delete them
• Thumbnails are generated for better user experience and account management
• Generated coloring book PDFs are saved to your account automatically
• You have full control over what content to keep or delete

Data Retention: We store your content indefinitely until you decide to remove it:

• Generated PDFs, images, and thumbnails remain in your account until you delete them
• No automated cleanup of account content - you control your content retention
• Guest preview content on home page is automatically cleaned up after 24 hours
• Order information for purchased items (retained for 7 years for legal compliance)
• Payment transaction records (processed by Stripe, retained for compliance)

This service is intended solely for creating family coloring books. You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI processing systems
• Upload images that violate copyright or privacy rights of others
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Share or distribute generated content that may be harmful or inappropriate

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate processing, refunds are generally not available once processing has begun. Contact us if you experience technical issues.

By using our service, you consent to receive certain types of email communications:

Transactional Emails (Required): These are necessary for service delivery and include:

• Download links and delivery notifications

Generated Content: The coloring book content generated by our AI is provided to you for personal use. The underlying AI technology and service remain our intellectual property.

Service Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content may not always meet expectations. We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated coloring books.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
